My purity ring was given to me yesterday by my dearest friend Kathryn :) 

Here is my promise to the Lord:

God, Almighty Creator, the Great I AM, Lord on High, I promise to wear this ring furiously. Just as you are furiously longing to be with me, and you are furiously loving me every single day, I will furiously carry this promise with me wherever I go. I promise to save myself for marriage. I promise to actively purify my heart every single day I am on this earth. I promise to remember your son Jesus Christ, and follow his teachings, for he is good. His life was given for mine, and I promise to cherish that fact, and to hold it close to my heart. I promise I will never forget the sacrifice Christ made for my sins to make me white as snow. Without Him, I would not have this purity ring on my finger at this very moment.

God, I pray that my heart and mind would be open to You. I hope that with this promise, I will actively, furiously, cherishingly, righteously, lovingly seek you in this world we live in.

I promise to keep myself pure for you Lord.
